Home Delivery
- A customer code is required so we can find your location.
- Home delivery costs +KES 70 extra.
Pickup from Agent
- If you have a customer code, the system selects the nearest agent.
- If not, the parcel goes to the main pickup point in that area.

Collector receives instant SMS with shop & parcel keys. Final weight billing prompted after pickup.

Consignment registered instantly. Issuance of unique Parcel Code for manual agent submission.

Official Identification
A valid National ID is required when picking up a parcel.
